Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble ! Le personnel est chaleureux et attentionné, et un réceptionniste fait même l’effort de parler français, ce qui est une belle attention. L’hôtel offre de nombreux services appréciables, bien que quelques points puissent être améliorés. Par exemple, il arrive que le personnel frappe à la porte malgré une indication contraire, et le room service a parfois inversé les commandes (café au lieu de chocolat chaud). Concernant le sauna, l’air était quasi irrespirable dû probablement à des plantes ou des produits utilisés dans l’eau. Point positif : la navette gratuite pour l’aéroport, un service très pratique qui facilite le séjour. Dans l’ensemble, une belle expérience ! Cet hôtel restera dans ma liste si je dois revenir en Éthiopie.
